Room Reset terms

Room Reset is a semi-manual service for cosmetic room refreshes. The paid plan is Full Room Reset for $6.99 and 1 room photo. Paid Room Reset can include an AI-generated makeover concept image, visual direction, layout/storage guidance, setup suggestions, and product recommendations after the customer submits room constraints and notes. It is not interior design, construction, plumbing, electrical, mold, ventilation, safety, or professional organizing advice.

What is included

• One room reset intake per paid order. Different rooms should be submitted as separate intakes.
• The included design passes cover the initial successfully generated plan plus one revision pass for the same room.
• Makeover direction and room-zone plan are generated only after paid customization is submitted.
• Shopping/product recommendation starting points are guidance, not guaranteed exact product availability.
• Failed generations do not consume a design pass; successful generations do.

What is not included

• Contractor drawings or measurements.
• Guarantees that products fit your exact room.
• Unlimited revisions, unlimited AI generations, or unlimited uploads.
• Plumbing, electrical, appliance installation, mold, ventilation, emergency, safety, structural, or code advice.

Kitchen and bathroom scope

Kitchens and bathrooms are cosmetic-refresh only: storage, organization, color/style direction, renter-friendly surfaces, towels, lighting style, and product starting points. Requests involving leaks, mold, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, fixture replacement, appliance installation, demolition, or safety concerns may be paused before generation and handled as action-needed instead of fulfilled.

Refund posture

If Room Reset cannot process the uploaded photo or cannot fulfill the order, the order is refundable. If the AI result is clearly broken, Room Reset may rerun it once. Once a custom digital makeover image and shopping plan are delivered, the order is not refundable for style preference, changed mind, expected physical products, or buyer remorse.
